Menu to include cucumber salad with orzo & dill, poached salmon filet with lemon curd sauce, oven roasted asparagus and blueberry scones with lemon glaze. This class is hands on with some demonstration. All recipes will be provided. BYOB! We suggest a Pinot Gris.
