9/24 Empanadas
Learn how to make tender and flaky empanada dough and fill it with
perfectly seasoned beef and cheese. Seats are VERY limited for this
class! All recipes will be provided.
10/8 Apple Fritter Munchkins
There's nothing better than hot apple fritters munchkins rolled in
cinnamon and sugar on a crisp fall day! This class is hands on with some
demonstration. Each participant will make their own fritters to take
home (if you don't eat them all first😉) All recipes will be provided.

10/22 Mummy Calzones
Learn how to make yeasted dough and create your own spooktacular mummy cheese calzone with dipping sauce.
11/5 Pumpkin Mini Cakes With Cream Cheese Frosting & Salted Caramel Sauce
It's pumpkin spice season! Nothing says fall like pumpkin cake with
cream cheese frosting! Each person will make mini pumpkin cakes. The
chef instructor will demonstrate the cream cheese frosting and salted
caramel sauce with help from the students to complete these delicious
desserts!
11/19 Vegetable Sushi
Learn how to create your very own veggie sushi rolls! This class has
an emphasis on knife skills. Sushi will be served with pickled ginger,
soy sauce and wasabi.

12/3 Holiday Copy Cat Crumbl Cookies
Learn how to make this delicious version of the Holiday sugar cookie
from Crumbl! Students will make and frost these festive treats to eat
and share.
12/17 Holiday Tree Cupcake Pull Apart Cake
Each student will assemble, frost and decorate their own holiday tree
pull apart cake. Students will learn frosting and fondant techniques to
create their one of a kind cake.
