Homemade pasta dough, scratch ravioli!
Executive Chef and owner of Paul Gregory's Bistro Cafe, Ashley Malloy, is pulling out all the stops with this indulgent and technique based, scratch ravioli class. Participants will be making homemade pasta dough and creating butternut squash filled raviolis served with a sage brown butter sauce. Menu will also include a mixed green salad and a chef's choice dessert made in advance and served as your grand finale. This class is hands on with some demonstration. Recipes included.
