Foodology is bringing the Caribbean to you with this meal full of tropical flavors and colors! Menu to include cabbage & carrot slaw, jerk chicken thighs served with coconut jasmine rice & mango salsa, finished with a demo of sweet plantains with dipping sauce. Spice level can be adjusted. This meal is naturally fully gluten free! This is a hands on class. All recipes will be provided. BYOB!
